Mickyblueeyes Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Given the decision of the Fa to remove a respected fa fr officiating the Spurs game tomorrow. Why is a Spurs fan permitted to referee our game. We cannot let this go
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Come on - we're better than this aren't we?
Strokes Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Come on - we're better than this aren't we? Probably not.
Mickyblueeyes Posted 17 April 2016 Author Posted 17 April 2016 Why are treated with such disgrace the referee is poor at his job and has made some controversial decision why was his team not released before the game
Hollism Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Come on - we're better than this aren't we? No chance
DJ Barry Hammond Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 If this thread stays, no one on here can say anything about "salty Spuds fans" without us being complete hypocrites.

I wouldnt have a problem with it if the other ref didn't have his game moved. All of a sudden the ref who supports tottenham gives the most inconsistent performance of the season in a game featuring Spurs title rivals? Need to be consistency with changing ref games if your going to do it for one then why not all? Btw before I look like an idiot any evidence he supports Spurs?
EGBFitness Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 FA should never have change Friend - this will open up every conspiracy going now. Moss is a complete joke! We was never given fair opportunity! I'd barely say the penalty last second is justice as we will still pay for Vardy sending off next week. If we wasn't down to 10 men maybe it wouldn't be a drop off 2 points like the Arsenal game. at what point should a ref be checked out for now!? Maybe he doesn't support Spurs but has he got family members who have? I know it's ridiculous but the FA have opened themselves up to this now. That was a shockingly bad refereeing performance today.

Where is the proof that he is a Spurs fan? FA will not let that happen.

fox93 Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Embarrassing thread, especially after all the stick we've been giving Spurs fans on here. Please close it down
Lionator Posted 17 April 2016 Posted 17 April 2016 Because he'd have given us that penalty at the end if he was a Spurs fan. Grow up ffs, we're better than this tripe.

It was a tough game to referee - both sides very physical, competitive, end to end, electric atmosphere. There was always going to be a penalty given at some point given all the pushing / pulling in the box. He had just spoken to us before the corner in question, so Wes was a bit silly to go for a full two arm grab. Huth got away with a few of his specials earlier on, so you know. Vardy - in real time, which is what the referee sees, it looked awful. Slow motion makes it look not so bad, but when you watch it at full speed he jumps in the air (can see what he was looking to do, just didn't execute it quite right). Haven't seen the first booking or our penalty either as the stream was a bit whacky at times.
