ARTY_FOX Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 Had nothing to drink yet feel hungover. I don't think it's really sunk in yet but I keep getting random bursts of just pure joy. God knows how ill be at the ground Saturday!
The_77 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 I am still so hungover but couldn't give a shit! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jakemoore Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 The random bursts of excitement is what gets me most. Mainly when someone else says 'Leicester are champions' and I just giggle knowing that Leicester is my team and my club! And the the emotion, that's been close to kicking in so much. I can't wait for Saturday. I can't go to the game because I'm not an ST and it didn't make it to Memberships but I'll be celebrating at home with a BBQ and a lot of beer pre match with 9 other London based foxes! Absolutely loving life. Nothing could upset me now!
sandy2109 Posted 3 May 2016 Posted 3 May 2016 It still hasn't hit me properly. I'm feeling proud of the coverage. Proud that I've been there to see some pretty dark days too. I popped out of the office earlier to fill the car up and put Radio Leicester on. They were playing 'We Are the Champions". It took me back to Wembley wins over Palace and Tranmere. Play off wins and League Cup successes; the best a club like ours could ever hope for. In a couple of weeks it will be twenty years exactly since Claridge's last gasp Wembley winner. I still remember the feeling of sheer delight. That was massive for me. It was massive for the club. It was the start of what I thought I'd consider the best period of success I'd ever enjoy as a Leicester City fan. The glory days. If they were glory days I don't know what to call this. I'm struggling to comprehend to magnitude of what we've just achieved. I know we've won the league. That we're champions of England. In the same way I know the the sky is blue and grass is green. But I don't quite get it yet. I think it's going to take seeing us lift the trophy on Saturday. Exactly how I feel as well. I can't wait but at the same time I don't want it to end!!

loben Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 It will hit you like a ton of bricks when you see big Wes lift that shiny cup over his head and be the first Leicester city player to kiss that trophy. Mental
possiblygeorge Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 I wish I called hug every one of you. I'll have to make do with those that hit up the pub for the Everton fixture, never looked forward to a pub meet up like the United match and the Everton. It's been all to incredible, goosebumps while typing this. I'm at work and all I can think about is this Club. I think I'm becoming a bit simple Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Koke Posted 4 May 2016 Posted 4 May 2016 Not only have we won the league but we've done it with games to spare. Think about that for a moment. For the first time in months I can actually enjoy a Leicester game. The intensity and pressure in the last few months have emotionally drained me.
