GaelicFox Posted 18 June 2016 Author Posted 18 June 2016 We're you born in a stable Gaelicfox??? By the side of the Road buddy ! In a ditch at the Side of the road But do you have an Irish accent? I have gone the full Steve McClaren !
MC Prussian Posted 18 June 2016 Posted 18 June 2016 I wish I had enough facepalms as an appropriate reaction to that video. But somehow, I don't. Mankind - sliding into oblivion since its the height of industrialization.
trabuch Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 I hope if we do vote leave, GaelicFox is the first one on the boat.
Vlad the Fox Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 Firstly there is no such thing ! A dog born in a stable doesn't make it a plastic horse , it's still a fecking dog ! And if your asking was I born in Eire , yes I was So the stables a plastic kennel then, right?
Munshi Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 This thread has deteriorated massively, where's the fights at lads
GaelicFox Posted 19 June 2016 Author Posted 19 June 2016 You'll have to start another one up if yer looking for fighting talk and tales of scraps and such. It's all gone introspective and whimsical over here. C'mon man, light up a doobie and chill out. Watch the shenanigans going on - they're trying to flush a plaggy, paddy fox out of the green four-leaf-clover cover he's hiding under - he's done a fine job so far evading the Anglo-Saxon pack - but I've a feeling he's running out of wind and piss. God help the Anglo Saxons if thier survival depends on the motley crew that inhabit this mad Forrest of dead oak trees You Sir Gerbold on the other hand are a beacon of hope in wasteland of messy w@nksters

GaelicFox Posted 19 June 2016 Author Posted 19 June 2016 So the stables a plastic kennel then, right? Vlad I'm Irish , confusion arrives all to easy to me
GaelicFox Posted 19 June 2016 Author Posted 19 June 2016 fair enough. hope you have a great time. Bordeaux and surrounding areas are a lovely place. Enjoy the wine! Had a few of these last night Stan , purely to ease the pain of following a team that has James McCarty and wonky Clarke playing in it !!!
MC Prussian Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 It's pure shite because if the road freezes that night it cracks the Tarmac It's only suitable in countries that don't freeze or no risk of freezing The usages of Potatoes , laying Tarmac and a the perfect pint of Guinness are three subjects you should never disagree with an Irish man on lol So, it does the trick for Ireland then.
GaelicFox Posted 19 June 2016 Author Posted 19 June 2016 So, it does the trick for Ireland then. No good for us my Germanic Friend we freeze all the time just like yesterday !
MC Prussian Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 No good for us my Germanic Friend we freeze all the time just like yesterday ! Especially when faced with red-hot Belgians!
GaelicFox Posted 19 June 2016 Author Posted 19 June 2016 Especially when faced with red-hot Belgians! I think we made a fairly disjointed Belgium team look red hot , we were so so poor , I was lucky enough to have been at Stuttgart and at italia 90 , USA 94 but those golden days are way behind us You see Gaelic games take priority in Irish schools and rugby has become a huge sport in ireland , football is being left behind , also the premier league era means that Irish kids aren't being hoovered up into the big academies because now the big clubs bring kids from Rio, Madrid etc and not Cork and Galway (cos they aren't technically good enough) , infact I'm 100% sure Roy keane was coming through now he wouldn't have got to a premier league team at his age etc.... It's nothing to do with the size of the country , Iceland have proved that , it's simply a coaching issue we spent 20 years not coaching kids properly , that is changing a bit and fusbal has become popular with the basic skills being coached at a young age. We are over reliant on average players applying the granny rule , I have no issue with the rule but it seems only average players want to apply it , Harry Kane (bad example he looks average at this tournament) is 1st generation Irish and he never considered it. Michael and Will Keane both played for ireland at very young underage level but both have shunned the ireland set up now and are concentrated on England , Jack Gealish the same. Ireland needs to really have s serious look at its whole system , because right now it's broken ! And I'm sick of it to be Honest

But that's a different subject for a different thread.
Larry_LCFC Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 So has the trouble in the streets stopped now? I know most of the Russian Ultras flew home after Marseille.
GaelicFox Posted 19 June 2016 Author Posted 19 June 2016 The question that I have is why Ireland can't promote its own league better, introduce a more thorough youth system and attract better players in order to improve the general standard of play. But that's a different subject for a different thread. The summer league clashes with the GAA games hurling and Gaelic football The crowds aren't there , your talking Conference size crowds But I agree the solution is at home it's just the money is drained elsewhere We need to start from bottom upwards , I sponsor my old junior team under 12 and under 14 and we have seen amazing improvements but too few people are expected to do too much Another thread indeed
GaelicFox Posted 19 June 2016 Author Posted 19 June 2016 So has the trouble in the streets stopped now? I know most of the Russian Ultras flew home after Marseille. Seems to be so , Russians are saying they will be back for wales game Can't see it
The Year Of The Fox Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 French have just tried attacking the English in Lyon and have come off a lot worse
Dr The Singh Posted 19 June 2016 Posted 19 June 2016 So has the trouble in the streets stopped now? I know most of the Russian Ultras flew home after Marseille.Mahrez, there just relaxing and having a bit of a break, topping there tans up and absorbing the great French culture
