Poor Adam. Froome set that up perfectly today. He knew what he was doing - the fight for King of the Mountain points on the penultimate climb was a rouse to put that small element of complaincency into his competitiors when he went for it on the last one.

Tbh I don't follow cycling at all. I only know names but saw this on my Twitter and thought that was really unfortunate for the guy that it fell on! Not really something you can prepare for!
