filthyfox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 That means 650 spare tickets per match.... so why can't I get one? Maybe there should be an incentive on season ticket holder seat returns, like a free guest ticket for every 3 returns if they can't make it?

Can't give out tickets, that defeats the whole object of it (making tickets more accessible for non ST holders). An incentive that would function better would be to give out a free pie/pint/whatever.
MC Prussian Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Isn't this down to UEFA rules regarding allocation and creating a safe space between home and away supporters?
Chico1958 Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 I've got my seat already OK. it's 150 miles away or 3 hrs if you want it in time. But it's warm and 2 minutes away from the Bedroom Oh, I got Beer as well All joking apart, be safe and have a great night all.
filthyfox Posted 22 November 2016 Author Posted 22 November 2016 300 miles away in Weymouth, and loving it!
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Tickets have been on general sale for weeks.

I assumed it would be like last season where I couldn't get one til my Uncle went on holiday for the last home game. I think that was against Everton wasn't it FREE BEER and a funfair!

In addition to the hundreds of tickets available from the club in general sale, I've seen about another hundred offered on Twitter/Facebook/this forum. If people wanted a ticket for this game they could have got one, think people just assume they have no chance and don't bother looking.
Guest Lako42 Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 The club do a pathetic job of advertising tickets. They also do a shambolic job of pricing them

Harry - LCFC Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 I find it strange how some people didn't know that tickets were available for these games. As FraserSorensen said, people are probably assuming that they've sold out which doesn't seem like a good excuse to me. If you desperately wanted to watch the match you'd force the issue and check regularly.
