Slimani MOTM hahahaha.

Poor Daniel Amartey, still the scapegoat to some fans despite playing well, disgraceful.

I wouldn't go as far as making him MOTM (for me it was Boro's Negredo) but he made an instant impact when he came in and made the team look dangerous. Put pressure on Boro's back 4, held the ball well, linked up with Musa, kept his calm to get the Penalty kick in. He even made Amartey look better. If his flick landed to a player who could shoot with his left foot or at least not afraid to take his chance, it definitely was a clear goal opportunity.

Daniel Amartey did better than the previous games and is at the right place

He got the third best vote. Do you know what scapegoat means?

Did you watch how Negredo basically walked through midfield to finish? Should have been picked up.

Happened at Watford too. Amartey is marking nobody - yet he's the closest man to Deeney - who knocks the header down to assist the first goal.

Nobody is a "scapegoat", they're all just performing badly.

What is genuinely terrifying is that a team performance of 4.87 is the 14th best of the year. Is that a mistake?!

Thought he deserved more than a 5.17 average.

No doubt some gave him 3 or 4/10 and some of the comments after the game made him sound like a scapegoat.

Amartey is a scapegoat, I've seen plenty of comments trying to blame shit on him. Negredo should of been picked up, looking at the goal King was the one trying to track him, while Huth wasn't in position either.

Sometimes the scapegoating is deserved but sometimes it isn't.

He played relatively well against Boro, yet you have fans saying he was garbage.

I say what I see, Amartey has done well in the home games, yet you have some fans blatantly ignoring that factor and just because he's made mistakes against Liverpool, Man Utd, he is instantly shit, not good enough, championship standard etc...

amartey was effing awful but probably our 3rd best player on the weekend - thats how shite we were; second half at least 6 times he didnt take a touch or look up and just punted the ball to boro, he also has the tactical awareness of a donkey

Huth wasn't in position because he tried to play a ball to Vardy which got cleared. Amertey is supposed to be our defensive midfielder so should sit in. He just seems to get caught nowhere for many goals.

He didn't play well against Middlesbrough. Their central midfield was miles better than our's. Amartey hasn't done enough for me.

Rating for Vardy is harsh, he did some good runs and chased down some lost causes well. People cannot really expect him to compete for 40 yard hoofballs that land half way in the opposition half.
