whoareyaaa Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 the whole team from top to bottom is in bits, the defence bar Simpson legs have all gone, played way to much over the last 2 and half seasons, for the manager to not see that and we are 3/4 of the way through the season is astonishing. The midfield and front line has also feel to pieces and either don't know what there jobs are or literally forgot how to play football as a team. Give some others ago who have a point to prove and the rest need to be dropped and rested. Couldn't see us in this situation a month ago thought we would turn it round but same shit every week. Players can't drop themselves so the finger has to be pointed at the manager.
TeamRocket Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 Get Peter Taylor and blame him if we go down
dylanlegend Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 It's sounds bad but i honestly wanted Man U to batter us 5-0!when they were 3-0 up and today isn't a bad result as long as CR gets sacked. Just so the owners would realise we need to change. Even if it ends up to late like Newcastle and Benitez... we need to change ASAP!!
dylanlegend Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 O'Neill till the end of the season, he can keep the Ireland job and we all decide what to do at the end of the year. I guarantee our performances would improve ten fold
Rob1742 Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 The only real option is if we got Pearson back and seen if we could recreate that siege mentality. The players are good enough. Apart from one, they won the Premier League. And without Kante we went on a massive run to maintain our Prem status the year before. Bring him back, he will take the pressure of the players, lock the doors and create that tight group we had before. If there are any any outside influences, he will be strong enough to keep them out of the way. Its a long shot, but a better option to that of keep dithering and watching players not perform. All through the Pearson survival season we fought, even when it went against us. Its our only hope, as seeing few interviews proves we are shot to pieces.
accessory Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 When will some of you wake up? The third coming will never happen - not even if Pearson could tempt Cambiasso back from Greece to work as his assistant. Too many bridges were burnt on that Thailand trip for that to ever happen.
elvisfmcfly Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 1 relegation 2 relegation and accept it cause we completed it last season. 3 relegation and cry 4 relegation and anger 5 relegation and hope 6 relegation and a couple of trumps 7 sack Ranieri **** the underperforming players out the team and get relegated cause we left it too late.
Vacamion Posted 12 February 2017 Posted 12 February 2017 Wrong stuff that keeps happening in this forum: People keep suggesting across various threads that Nigel Pearson might come back, after he fell out with our owners massively as a result that scandal involving a sexism racism rimjob with added nepotism and a dash of insulting the owners' country. Similarly, Martin O'Neill being suggested as a potential manager (as he has been repeatedly since he left about 17 years ago) when there's absolutely zero chance he'll come back. It was great when he was here, but those days are gone. Let it go. Lastly, people keep rolling out that bloody Einstein quote (is it even real?) that the definition of madness is repeatedly doing same thing and expecting a different outcome. Repeating that quote for the Nth time is blummin madness, I reckon.
