Voll Blau Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 Guttingly unable to make it over to Madrid, so heading into Leicester tomorrow instead. Where are the best reasonable city centre places to watch it? Don't really want to head out as far as Soar Point etc as I need to be back for the train home fairly sharpish.
Wymsey Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 Parcel Yard, next door to train station. Both atmosphere and food has improved there apparently in recent times.

Dr The Singh Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 Anyone mention the Blue Oyster Bar. The owner is definitely crazy for chapped leather

Cheers pal. What you're describing sounds about spot on. As long as it's showing the match with the sound turned up and there are decent people knocking about I'm fairly easily pleased really - good beer an optional extra for tomorrow night.

SemperEadem Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 Loaded Dog I guess is the closet pub with Football on to the station. Leicester is awful for pubs to watch sport in.
stretch1965 Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 You would have thought the club would have done something like they did for Chelsea away last season or at least show it in 1884
m4DD0gg Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 Leicester will be pretty dead unless we make the final.
The Padster Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 Has anybody been in that sports bar at the bottom of Belvoir St? I passed it a few weeks ago and wondered if it's any good in general as we are severly lacking sports options and pool tables in the city unless you go to a proper snooker/pool club.
RODNEY FERNIO Posted 11 April 2017 Posted 11 April 2017 Try the Dover Castle .... I'm sure the guys in there will make you feel very welcome !!!
