Did anyone see the comments Roy Keane made about the Madrid game .

I think he must have a problem with Leicester . Thought he was a complete dick head with some of his remarks .

i would hate to play under him if he was a manager ,would destroy your confidence in a heartbeat.

Couldnt  agree more

Finally got round to watching the Atletico hilights, Keane's attitude is strangely extreme with bitchy little quips about "nice journey for them, yeah". It makes me think he's had a twitter row with one of the players or something. I understand his angle, the same one he expressed when Ireland went out of a tournament a few years ago but with the fans enjoying it, where he said you shouldn't just go into these matches to enjoy it, you're there to compete but we did compete, we restricted them to one legitimate goal over 180 minutes and had more incident in their box than most opponents do. Nothing though tops the "the players didn't give everything for the cause", coming from a man who walks away from a World Cup and put his own agenda ahead of the team on many occasions (intent on crippling rival players however it costs his team). Yes Mahrez or Simpson should have closed down the cross but that's two players and one incident. If we only went for it in the last thirty minutes then how did Okazaki get his scoring chance in the first half? Now Arsenal, that was "not going for it", despite decades of Champions League experience and superior budget, I'm sure he gave them flack too but his attitude regarding us suggests a hidden agenda somewhere down the line. If refs start handing out penalties for fouls outside the box you've got an uphill battle from the start but we didn't feel sorry for ourselves and capitulate we just got on with it. Maybe if we'd finished Griezmans career with a triple leg breaker and wrote a book about it Keane would be more respectful of us.
