Well, the season is nearly over and hopefully @Renart will be returning to deliver a summary after tomorrow.

I think special mention should go to @Swan Lesta, who, with real effort and endeavour has somehow managed to sneak into the top 20

And finally, @Izzy Muzzett will be hoping tomorrow is kind to him, or once again he will finish up lower than Col.

Suppose I'd better congratulate @Col city fan for a gallant effort although no doubt he'll be gloating that he just finished above me :rolleyes: 

 

Pretty pleased with fourth at my first attempt at this. Good fun and most enjoyable...

Thanks and thanks to @Renart for organising again. Having an interest in the other results helped keep at bay the anger at some of ours these last 4 months. I’m working on my winner’s speech. Should bring it in within the 500mb limit  :D

Thanks Izzy. It is splendid to be recognised for my extreme effort made on this competition over the past season.

It is also nice to beat @Renart and especially @Swan Lesta, quite comfortably.

I can’t be doing with all this false playing-down of achievement. You see it all the time these days. Instead I’ll give myself a big pat on the back. My only regret is that I didn’t win it.

When it comes to kicking ass I've got to be up there for your world cup tournament (thanks for organising it btw), 14.5 points between me and 2nd, there are 17 players between the 2nd and 14.5 points below him. Off to brag in the other thread a bit later :blush:

You came 10th in the UK and 84th Globally - good effort! Shame you missed predicting 1 game - that could have put you top 4 in the UK.

 

A bit annoyed that i forgot to predict the results for 9 games - may have made it a slightly closer fight at the top (though you still would have won it fairly comfortably).

I forgot to predict the score for the final! And of course I’d have gotten it spot on.
