FoyleFox Posted 18 August 2017 Posted 18 August 2017 The new loyalty scheme has been announced https://www.lcfc.com/news/454282/leicester-city-launch-foxes-rewards
Fox92 Posted 18 August 2017 Posted 18 August 2017 Shite. Rewarding those with more money basically? I'd prefer my 10% discount.
stripeyfox Posted 19 August 2017 Posted 19 August 2017 I'm confused! The 10% discount was pretty good, especially for kit and clothing which brought the price down to a more reasonable level. Didn't make much difference on the other over priced shite they sell in there though.
tcrofts Posted 19 August 2017 Posted 19 August 2017 £10 bonus will come in handy for a new shirt. Better than the 10%, for this season anyway (unless I'm reading it wrong)
Foxes1 Posted 19 August 2017 Posted 19 August 2017 Looks like we are announcing a few new things recently a rewards scheme, new betting partner all we need now is to announce some signings
rn9013 Posted 7 September 2017 Posted 7 September 2017 Has anybody used their free credit yet, is it just a case of presenting your membership card at the till? Has anybody managed to use it online? I notice on my account page there is a 'foxes rewards' tab but when I click it it just takes me to my name and address page.
AndyMoore321 Posted 7 September 2017 Posted 7 September 2017 I used mine last Tuesday at the shop.. just mentioned it when making my purchase.. Then email the shop for clariification on points system and got following response : Thank you for your email. Instead of getting 10% off your purchase, you will get 10% worth in point put on your ST. This is only valid on retails purchases. In addition, you can only redeem point on retails items as well. For Example: If you purchase £50 Shirt, you will pay £50 and £5 worth in points will be add to the card. These points will be pending for 28 days, which is our return policy in case you return the shirt for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, you can only find out what points you have by bringing your ST card instore. We currently are working to get this function online at shop.lcfc.com but this is still progressing with our system provider. Hope this helps."
Mike Oxlong Posted 7 September 2017 Posted 7 September 2017 Would prefer better quality than trying to encourage me to buy more tat.
syston_fox Posted 7 September 2017 Posted 7 September 2017 The expiry date for the £10 "bonus points" will have passed before they get this working correctly!
foxinsocks Posted 7 September 2017 Posted 7 September 2017 does anyone know how much the sales in the shop are worth (revenue and margin)? Loyalty schemes are normally used to encourage customers to continue to purchase rather then leaving to shop with a competitor - eg. tesco v JS. In this case we are hardly likely to attract Forrest fans just coz we have a loyalty schemes - I expect the scheme will have no effect on the number of foxes fans who buy cov shirts each year ( and very small group of sad and confused people ...). we have "retail managers" mucking about with stuff like this... they are crazy
Fox92 Posted 14 September 2017 Posted 14 September 2017 Has anybody managed to use their £10 discount online?
