Suit alteration/tailor in Leicester

Hi guys,

 

Does anyone know of a good tailor in or around Leicester for alterations to a suit I've already bought? It's a decent suit so need someone who knows what they're doing (and looking for a modern/close fit too). I've been to the tape measure in the arcade before, but not great, stitching came loose etc.

There's Mario's in Syston but it isn't Mario anymore so I don't know how good they are.

It still is (name of the shop) as walked past there last week, unless you mean it's someone else behind the counter now instead of someone who's been there for years etc.

There are Indian owners now. Mario was Italian.

Apparently are quite inexpensive.

More generally, has anyone got feedback after having suits/trousers altered? I lost a couple of inches off my waist in the last year or so and now none of the suit trousers I wear to work fit me. I don't want to buy 4 new suits for obvious reasons, should I look into getting them taken in or is it not worth it.
