Hanan96 Posted 2 February 2019 Posted 2 February 2019 I was hoping for deep playmaker and additional striker who's able to play in attacking midfield as well so then Nacho can get loaned out and get both gametime and confidence he's unlikely to get it here Howewer January never easy ones to get player and we still get additional cm, probably creative one so it's good enough

Not sure about what kinda of manager or pundit he actually is, but he does seem to have a lot of insight/opinion into various players. Certainly more informative than the usual suspects that get dragged in for the cameras

Foxxed Posted 2 February 2019 Posted 2 February 2019 We have a more attacking threat with Barnes. Got rid of Iborra and Silva and replaced them with Hamza and Tielemans. Got Benny off the Payroll. Loaned out our u23 centre halves since they have little chance in getting past Maguire, Soyuncu, Evans, Maguire and Amartey. Would have liked a striker but that looked unlikely in Jan. Excellent window really.

Summer window transfer record should be broken if Tielemans is a success, Brahimi on a free, Che Adams and Benkovic back on loan. My only other request for next season is not to have Cardiff city’s home kit again!

I gave 8 out of 10 because I thought it was a good window, 9 would be the best that was possible for us, 10 is the impossible dream, like LCFC winning the Premier League!
