Middlesbrough (96-97)
West Ham (02-03)
Newcastle (08-09)

I thought Blackpool and Birmingham were unlucky in 2010/11. While not the biggest teams, they played some good football at times. The latter winning the league cup!

He’s been relegated from two thirds of the leagues he’s won. 

He was on loan to Swansea and by all accounts one of their better performers when they tanked last season too. Make it a hat-trick.
