Spudulike Posted 9 May 2019 Posted 9 May 2019 From a club email... "Not only that, if you find yourself unable to attend any games in the coming campaign, you can now sell your seat on, before a set date, using our new ticket transfer service." About time...
Ricey Posted 9 May 2019 Posted 9 May 2019 They say this every year and then never actually see it through.

filthyfox Posted 9 May 2019 Posted 9 May 2019 so, am I right in thinking that if a ST holder can't make it, then their seat is empty? or, in the case of massive matches like the Everton one a few seasons ago, their seat is given to a very grateful Nephew?

ST holders cannot legally sell on their seat if they can't make the match (even at face value or below).
Freeman's Wharfer Posted 9 May 2019 Posted 9 May 2019 Much needed. Will this be available in L1 as well?
HybridFox Posted 9 May 2019 Posted 9 May 2019 West Ham do it so seamlessly. As away tickets were sold out, I had to get one with the home fans when we played them 2 years ago. Was the first time I'd obviously bought from them directly. A few of their season ticket holders couldn't go so put their seats through the resale platform, which I could buy and print off at home. Easier than Leicester tbh!
FoyleFox Posted 9 May 2019 Posted 9 May 2019 Our website will never cope with a scheme like this. It's failed miserably all day to allow me to set up a direct debit!

I think that, strictly speaking, according to the current T&C's you can't even "give" your ST to someone else [without the express permission of the club], although in practice this is not enforced 18.
