I suspect they will drop Cox to fit both Bethell and Lawrence in and leave the openers. 

Obviously be very different in South Africa.

Batting conditions will be better in SA than what we've had recently. 

However, SA have a good bowling attack, so technique will be tested.

Cox is a better long term option than Lawrence. Better technique and can keep wicket too.

This could still well be done tonight tbh - still another 15(ish) overs of play and England will only need 2-3 maximum to chase whatever nominal target is set.
