Just prior to starting playing at the then Walkers Stadium, the club sent a detailed plan for us to select our seats.I now am finding it difficult to get to and from my seat where there is no handrail support.I am in touch with Jim Donnelly (disability contact) and he is helping me with this problem.Due to Covid I cannot go to the stadium to see the seat when he offers me one.Does anyone have a copy of this plan which they can copy for me.

Surely Jim can get you a copy of the stadium plan

The club were being difficult and not sending out seating plans this season (or at least when we asked), which was very weird as they were previously more than happy to send out screenshots of certain blocks.

Don't think there's a readily available seating plan for the whole stadium available anywhere.

The Disabled Supporters group may have access to one. Maybe try them.

I can't help with the detailed plan, but just to say I wish the club would put in grab rails for people for going up and down the stairs - I see so many people struggling when all they need is something to help steady themselves.

I have a bit of a dodgy knee and generally aim for one of the seats right above the staircase entry points (there has got to be a more technical term!) - that way you should have a handrail right up to your seat.

I am really getting fed up with this ‘….we can’t do it because of Covid’ attitude that so many organisations have.

There should be absolutely no reason why in a circumstance like this, a visit to the ground cannot happen.
I can understand for general admissions, but for a disability access request, the club should be doing all they can to assist.

The club are between a rock and hard place. A handrail would help less mobile and people who are unsteady on their legs a great deal and that kind of support is important. At the same time a handrail in stadium is absolutely a Covid risk and they have to mitigate against that. They literally can’t win on this.

Apparently less than 1% of people who catch Covid do so by touch.

As stated, it’s very low risk via touch. Plus this is why you sanitise on your way in and out of a building.

I think the 'we can't do it because of Covid' related to the stadium visit at present rather than the hand rail install.
