Holloway called him a 'wonderful centre-half' a few months back. Think he prefers midfield but at that age players are thrown in anywhere

Speaks well here. First half of the interview is worth a watch for sure. He mentions that our pathway and - wait for it - "out of this world" training ground were what helped us edge out Manchester United.

 

So yes, yes it does make a difference in negotiations 😉

So he’s just signed for the LCFC big dogs, having cited our world class facilities etc, and the interviewer asks “what’s it like when Man Utd are watching you?”

Exactly my reaction too 😂. Hence why I said the first half is worth watching! Not so much the second half. Interviewer could have at least asked him what kind of a player he is etc etc
