I received an email yesterday reminding me I have until 5pm Sunday to buy my tickets (which I ignored having already bought them), but now if I log on, the Europa League package is no longer displayed in either of the 2 places it used to be.  As well as disappearing  from those places, there's no evidence of it anywhere.  It's not in the history tab, not in the tickets tab.  I do however have the email confirmation and the cash has been taken from my bank account.

 

Is that how it is for everyone?  Is there any way I see see via the website confirmation that I have bought my seats?

Persumably if you've got your confirmation you're ok. Why don't you go on the seating plan & see if your seats are still available, if they're not available to buy, you will be ok because no one else but you has had chance to buy them until 8.00pm tomorrow. If they're still available to buy then something's gone wrong.

Good idea, just checked, my seat is unavailable and it won't let me buy another, so I assume everything's OK. 

 

Strange though that the confirmation that I'd bought the package, that was showing the other day, is now gone!

Seems to be up and running now. On the tap buy page the ticket appears at the bottom without reloading the page, I nearly missed it still thinking the website wasn’t working. I had to manually select my season ticket seat however, now that the deadline has passed.

Well, they’re still making it tough for single ticket purchases. Seat available next to a season ticket holder friend, message tells me I can’t buy the ticket as it leaves a single seat. Gargh. Managed to get the same row at least

All 8 o clock's - can't see that changing, especially now fans are back in.

 

Package purchased this morning for me and the old man. Can't wait to see us play in Europe again.

Yep same for me! Mine has been living all over the place for the last 10 years so this is the first time we will go to a set of games together since League 1 season ticket!

That makes sense, I just thought with it being effectively 3 for the price of 2 and it being City in Europe more people would be going in blind. Still, means I got a good seat so I can't complain.

Yeah same, pretty sure i've picked the same one I had for Champions League package a few years back lol

During my purchase earlier it just kept saying processing then failed with an error code. The site then went to the maintenance page and haven't been able to access the ticket site since. I have been charged 3 x £140 after the site went into maintenance mode and have no confirmation email and they aren't appearing in my account which is frustrating. Has anybody else had similar issues?

Ouch. I’d give them a call or email [email protected] 

 

They’ll refund you the extra charges for sure

Yeah just trying to get through on the phone is a nightmare at the moment as the sites down. Looking a twitter it has happened to quite a few people but it is a decent chunk of change to be out of pocket by and then have to spend another 140 to actually get the tickets.

Is it a pending transaction? They can usually cancel them off without money actually leaving your account.

 

The phone lines are never easy. But I’ve found them to be quite fast on email when I had queries with my Wembley tickets

They are sorting it for me now which is great. Managed to get through on the phone to book tickets, guy was super helpful but said they have been super busy with WorldPay going down on the day Europa league as on sale to members.

Glad you got it sorted!
 

This is the second time World Pay has gone down on an on sale date this season. A few years back I used to have to deal with World Pay for work and it’s a ridiculously backwards and poor quality payment solution. Get rid Leicester City!
