So my mate (79 yo) needs a different seat (as his has been taken  for the high ups) - the ticket site says click "confirm" for those STs where the seats are fine and "click BUY" for those where you need to select another...  but the BUY is not an html link - where is the buy link?

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help. I am trying to purchase the three match package however on my LCFC.com account but it has my old card details as I just been sent a replacement card. Does anyone know how to amend, add and update your card details online? 

 

I tried calling the club on the 0344 number but get thrown off the call because they have maxed out with their telephone queue. The club get so much right in so many areas but this is frankly not great customer service!

Hi mate, the buy button is below on the right see picture. It is a bit confusing though.

When confirming reservation and paying do you get a confirmation email?  Not had one.

Turns out that coz I had a mix - some STs with OK seats and one that needed to be moved, they processed the OK ones but I got no BUY button for the one that needed to be move - poor IT yet again!

I think you have two options:

 

1. Go to your account and there is a section called 'My Wallet'. In there you can add/amend/delete card details. The add is weirdly called 'Buy+' though...

2. Pretty sure you can add a new card at payment stage and also save that one for later

 

The second one I am not 100% on.

Weird, my son got the email even though I ordered and paid and he's listed as my family/friend. Never not had one before.

Apparently it’s an issue with ticketing website (what a surprise). I emailed them yesterday with same issue and it is changing lead client at times. So even though I logged in through my account and paid for my ticket plus my son and friend the confirmation email and tickets will be sent to friend as that is who they have made lead client.

I was just about to call them about this, but phone line is full. I bought my package this morning but on the system it says my brother (only linked account) made the purchase.

Club emailed back saying 3 home points if you get the package. Same as usual, 1 point per each game.

When you go into 'Buy' does it show the stadium and availability as if it's just one game? Or does it just let you pick a section and not show availability?

Just wondering if there was any indication of how it was selling

It lets you see availability but all STH seats are marked as “sold“ as they are held until Sunday 5pm, games are not listed separately

Do we know anything about what Covid regulations are likely to be? I may have a chance of using my brother’s seats/ticket, but if I have to provide a test result or Covid passport on the door, then I can’t exactly pretend to be him?

It’s a Crystal ball kinda thing at the minute mate. But so far I could’ve entered the bloody games using an under 8s ticket it’s been so slack.

So far there hasn’t been any covid checks in place at the king power. Lights would get you trying to get in using an under 8s ticket. So really it hasn’t been that slack.
