How are sales looking for these?

Yeah, pretty poor really.

Perhaps some are waiting to get paid before buying but I also suspect others have opted for either the Manchester United or Manchester City game instead and are probably holding out and taking the risk that we going to reach knock outs and get a more glamorous tie.

It will be difficult for a lot of people to pay £50+ for a ticket to Manchester United / City and then £30+ for a Europa league game too.

Could be wrong, but that's what I suspect.

Loads of tickets left for Napoli, we’ve only sold out one block behind the dugouts.

Slightly surprised.

Match ticket price too much maybe? Convoluted sales plan also putting folk off?

We didn't even sell out CL group games which was a bit embarrassing. Can't tell if that was just poor pricing or what.

I thought there'd be more appetite for Napoli. Robbed of football for 18 months and we get a genuine name in our first European home game.

There’s been a lot of money you’ve needed to spend in the last two months connected with football as a LCFC fan. It’s a factor and understandable. Does make you question when we have those debates centred around games like Cup Final regards priority

Eqyally the club don’t make it easy. Just get them on general sale.

I can’t wait to the game and if it’s 20k or whatever that want to be there, the atmosphere should be better

The club withdrew the three match package with no notice before I knew my shift pattern, and in the end the individual match prices on top of a long drive in the rush hour were too much for me midweek.  More generally I'm lucky enough to be a ST holder but I think the club is getting it wrong by overcharging for memberships and not opening up tickets to general sale.

Also you can't buy any in person, alright I know most people have Internet access but some haven't. The supporter who sits in front of me tried to get one for the Friendly v Villareal from the club shop but they would not sell him one.

And then there are supporters from outside the UK (like me) to whom the club won’t even sell a ticket, no matter how many empty seats are in the ground.

Tickets will go to general sale as they released prices for general sales at the same time as the prices for STH/Members

There is a very obvious reason why tickets for these European games are not being sold to people outside of the UK

Normally, I would understand what you are saying (not wanting away fans, etc.), but I would point out two things:  1) I’ve been a member for years with a ticket buying history and 2) the club won’t sell tickets to members outside of the UK for ANY match, not just European matches.

The international memberships used to allow for ticket buying, but don’t any longer.

Those individual match day prices do look a little steep.

I think you’ve got to factor in that a number who are going down, for whatever reason, aren’t totally comfortable being in large crowds in the current climate and are probably going to league games only included in their ST.

Thursday evening is also a factor I reckon. I suspect the Spurs game next year won’t shift seats as quickly because it’s a midweek as it would have on a Saturday.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t get the 3 game pass because of the Thursday evenings and now I kinda regret it. Ah well, my own fault.

To be honest I don’t think the prices are that bad, Napoli is a bit more being cat A, but I’ve got tickets for both Spartak and Legia for £25 each which isn’t bad really when you consider I’ve paid £32 to watch us play Burnley in the league.

But I take the point above that there are a lot of games to spend money on at the moment, and maybe these aren’t a priority for some fans. Personally I want to go to these more than Man City/United - I want to make the most of watching Leicester play in Europe!

Really ought to be doing this sooner rather than later.

It a bit of an odd one, as they normally release the date for when tickets go on general sale with the dates for ST, members etc

6.5K left for Napoli, should sell out if they release for general sale.

If there’s no away fans they’ll be an extra 3k tickets that’s haven’t gone on sale yet.

Unless they decide to just leave it empty

Don't forget European away ends are only 5% of tickets. So it will be closer to 2,000 tickets reserved for away fans and segregation. M1 is an away block and on sale to home fans.

Are there any hints from the club that they will be putting on packages for the away games.?

Hope not. Going on a club organised trip to an away European match is an absolute no no for me.
