Same here. 

 

Did you get the membership card that was sent out to non-plus members a few months ago? I didn't get one but assumed they sent it to my old address.

 

Edit: Trying to track it gives me an error. Boo.

 

Sorry, we did not recognise your Membership Number. Please check your details and try again. If you have just purchased a membership, please try again in a few days as it can take up to a week before tracking is available.

I did order a plus membership at extra cost. Are you guys getting it anyway? Also my email said thank you for recently purchasing Fox Membership, I bought it in June!

To the email my membership is registered under, and to the email my son's is registered too. Then later they corrected this, emailing me an apology as I hadn't ordered a pack (just for my son)!

I ordered a plus membership for my son but not myself (so he could get the rucksack) and now I’ve been emailed saying it’s an error. I’m so confused.

They really must have some underpaid apprentice running their emails. They did the same thing when they told every single member that they had purchased Womens season tickets too 😂😂

I ordered for me and my son and have had two separate emails saying they’re on the way. As long as the email isn’t addressed to your son, you should be fine

It’s very impressive!

 

Mind you, they should probably put whoever’s organizing these emails in charge of sorting out our defence. We’d probably see an improvement…

Don’t get me started about how Thursday was spelt incorrectly on the ticket site for EVERY upcoming match on sale date until very recently. 😂

 

Made me sigh every time I booked tickets 😂😂

I only had standard memberships but got the email along with another email from an oddly named lady looking for a good time loverboy

 

LCFC sent a follow up email bailing on me but I'm still in with a chance with Charlee now I've shared her my bank details.
