The entire second half of the 12/13 season deserves a mention, never know a 5 months full of so much drama/meltdowns/banter

- Signing Wood and thinking we were going to walk promotion

- Losing at Peterborough in the last minute

- Middlesborough in the snow

- Losing to Derby for the first time in years

- Morgan getting sent off against Millwall in the 3rd minute

- Losing leads to Birmingham, Cardiff and Brighton in the last minute

-Barnsley Away

- Winning at Forest

- Billy Davies doing his post match press conference before the match because he was so confident of beating us

-Deeneygate

Wow the start of 2013 was mental wasn’t it. Being so happy at forest on the last day and the home leg against Watford to deeney day. Also remember Ipswich away that season when we lost, incredibly hungover, basically crawled to the ground and got there after 30 mins

Who was that player that we were supposedly signing last summer but then it just turned out to be a reporter? Was it Dwight McNeil?

We tried to sign a reporter?

Nah sorry if I’m misremembering it, but I’m fairly certain that people were going mad thinking we were signing Dwight McNeil last year because someone thought they saw him at the training ground, but then it turned out to be a reporter that looked slightly similar.

Oh haha. To be fair that happens about every year. I think when we signed Iborra people were saying it was Mahrez signing a new contract because it looked like him lol

I think preki was the best. That thread was ****ing hilarious and terrifying in equal measure. Like doing a bungee jumping. All the safety gear is there, the worst isn’t going to happen because of all the safety gear, however there is always that doubt that it could all go wrong. lol

I think looking back though, makes you realise how passionate we get over ridiculous things, looks daft after the event.

It’s half the reason I read this forum every day. When something goes hot just strap in and hit f5. Great community, however much you all royally do my head in lol

I think it’s great that people can get so passionate about a thing.

I believe meltdowns are people caring so much about a thing that they are happy.

Definitely. People constantly losing their shit over small stuff is the reason I spend so much time on here/ Twitter and rude not to add fuel to the fire every now and again.

Preki is the most ridiculous for sure, the Bournemouth away I genuinely said I was never watching Leicester again but the bus the FA Cup went nuclear when they started letting people make their own way.

I’ve just read the first 20 pages of the Preki thread and I honestly can’t stop laughing.
