When we were doing well, everyone (in the media) were prattling on about how great his man management skills were. Don't see or hear much of that these days. Just the old "....It was his fault Guv"  mantra.

I think he knows his times up and he’s fired a few shots out to try and protect his reputation.

I’ve wanted him gone for a while now but I agree with his comments about the players, they deserved to be called out after yesterday.  What annoys me about him is that he never takes accountability for anything that goes wrong himself. I think that’s one of the reasons I’ve struggled to take to him.

Hopefully he’s gone by the time we play Randers and we can try and salvage something from the season.

It's almost like it keeps happening and yet he keeps on insisting on us playing this incredibly risky football that really brings no benefits.

Tbf we're not playing that way over the last dozen games or so. It's just incompetent defending which has spiralled into a loss in confidence and then further spiralled into more incompetent defending.

Players have been quiet on social media reacting to that game

Good. I really don’t want to hear “we will put this right or we need to make this up to the fans”, I’m just

not interested, keep it to yourselves.

That what I took from his comments, that some have blown their last chance

Not a pop at you… but what does last chance actually mean?

If he’s saying they won’t be Leicester players if they continue, what can he actually do?

force them out of the club? Offer them to other clubs?

I am sure youri won’t be too bothered when he’s playing ECL football next season.

Well, it would mean a sit down chat ‘you are not going to play here, we will transfer list you, so I suggest for your own career, you look around for another club’

Youri was certainly not who I was thinking off, he has put himself in the best position for himself already

note I have no idea. lol

Hypothetically though, unless a fringe player like Perez, can you really see him saying to someone under performing like Cags, sort it out or youll be put on transfer list.

obv if a bid comes in that’s slightly different as that’s out of our control what other clubs do.

but we are not in a position where we can just force first teamers that are under performing out the team IMO

Well, I would hope as a manager, you would be willing to call out consistently underperforming players. This isn’t a dig at Cags, there has been a fair number during our recent poor form. He himself, Brendan, I also hope is able to look at himself and his own performance with the same critical gaze.

....in this instance the players are easy targets to be shot at!!!

We have heard his post match interviews before and he is constantly defending them, even if what we have seen contradicts it. He is distancing himself from this team and laying out reasons if the results do not pick up, then he is not to be blamed. Calling out the players is easy, as any neutral watching that game without the knowledge of what is going on in our club and the options we chose not to use in that game, will agree with what he says.

The Liverpool game will be interesting as the players he will pick should show who he has faith in and there will be players not on the bench, who are not going to take well to being a scapegoat..

There is no apostrophe in Rodgers.

Sorry didn’t even think about what I was writing. If I remember it came up as an option in the auto mode and I must have just clicked on it.
