Pub lunch in Leicester with an area for 5 year olds to run around?

Anyone got any suggestions I've not lunched in Leicestershire anywhere other than a burger stand in 20 years.

Not sure what it's like these days but I used to love the beer garden at the Coach and Horses in Markfield, if that's not too far out.

Not strictly Leicestershire but the rising sun in shackerstone would be my recommendation

Hobby horse in Syston. Standard carvery place, reasonably priced but has a sectioned off area for little kids to play, plus small outside park. I’m sure they’ve got a couple of games consoles in there as well.

I didn’t say eat there, just that it was there.

Mill on the Soar. B4114 out towards Sharnford. Nice place decent food. They have a sizeable outdoor kids area with swings, slides etc
