I thought Soyuncu and Amartey were up there for MOTM from our side.

Marc Albrighton playing two positions. What a shift.

Youri may be a City legend but gets bottom score.  He had to be hooked - he was giving it away again and again.  No idea what was up with him.

Much better performance tonight. Amartey cags very good. Albrighton been great recently. Vardy and Maddison cameos at the end. An upward trajectory.

....it is about time Rodgers started to earn his money and start to make the tough calls, subbing Youri needed to be done, surprised he played him in the first place!!!

Doubt if Youri had signed his extension Rodgers would not have done so, with the amount of games to go till the end of the season, it has now become an easier call.

Daka is so frustrating at the moment. Clearly has skills but it's just not happening consistently for him. Too many wrong decisions and bad touches. But I'm confident that he'll come good. Vardy was similar when he first joined – had some good (and even very good) performances mixed with mediocre ones. Might just be a confidence/adjustment thing.

Amartey was good, sort of defensive game that suits him. Helped that Burnley were rubbish.

Dewsbury-Hall is a consistent player, always there to keep things ticking over and he offers that running ability with the ball to move things forward.

Barnes as constant threat and when he's allowed to run at players he's great. Decision making questionable as always but overall I thought he was MOM.

Albrighton excellent again, Ndidi improved and Maddison/Vardy were match winners.

Workrate is one of those glib words used by rent-a-pundits that haven't actually seen the team play but the workrate of Albrighton and KDH in the last 4 or 5 games has been incredible. KDH is constantly on the move, constantly wanting the ball and is clearly loving his role right now. Albrighton has played in 3 or 4 positions in the last month. His tracking back and non-stop running is (another glib phrase) a lesson for any youngster. For as much as Vardy & Maddison changed the game, those two were a joy to watch last night.
