There's the obvious issues with the logistics of acquiring and having drinks in hands during games as has been stated, but I've always been of the opinion that if people want to get bent at matches they'll find a way.

I occasionally quite like a rushed plastic cup of ice cold Pißwasser at half-time personally. I can barely get served until they're about to kick off again and end up forcing the rancid liquid down my neck pronto like it was a bushtucker trial. It's all part of the experience.

Not sure I'd actually prefer to sit with it in the stands.

I’m fine with this if people want a drink during the game as long as you can’t get one mid game and also if you throw any beer you are given a season ban.

I'm all for it.

Pros: Would stop fans going down 10 minutes before half time, would discourage people to feel the need to chuck a couple down their neck before the game starts, as they aren't allowed to take it in.

Cons: Any cvnt like our 'fan' who ran on the pitch against Forest and assaulted players, or the cvnt who headbutted Billy Sharpe would be used as an excuse why its a bad idea, even though these people already exist.

Just let people make their own mind up. But you need strong staff at kiosks. Remember, it is an offence to serve alcohol to a person who is already inebriated.

It's the responsibility of the license holder to enforce this, if it isn't adhered to, suspend clubs ability to serve alcohol. The loss of income would soon make them put their house in order.

Adds so much to the game man. I've enjoyed many a match abroad where you can sit back with a beer and enjoy the football. Even somewhere like Czech Republic where the standard of football is diabolical, it's much easier to tolerate with a few Černa Horás.

I'd probably even enjoy watching Brendan's boring brand of football if we could have a few beers at the same time, they weren't heavily diluted and weren't so horrendously overpriced.
