Been having a play with the "generative fill" in Photoshop Beta and the results are really incredible. You can extend an image and it will fill in what it thinks goes well with the rest of the image, giving you 3 options at first and then more if you want them.

 

I took this photo in Cape Town in 2016:

Microsoft have recently made DALL-E 3 available on their Bing browser. In terms of what's been capable recently on PC's running Stable Diffusion it isn't cutting edge, but it's highly accessible & free. Results are still highly impressive too.
