Where were you 2003 - 08? that was 100 times worse than what we are experiencing now. Also the Taylor years were far worse than this?
It’s not great right now, but there have been far worse times in the last 30 years.

Like I said though.  When we were bad back then, it was because we had a crap manager and a garbage team!  This is worse because we are horrific to watch, but with decent players.

Let it never be said that Brendan isn’t a world level elite manager. It’s clear he’s a generational visionary and I’m proud to say I’ve always been a staunch supporter, through the hard times of the club and our players/fans betraying and letting him down. The trouble with you lot is you’re too fickle, how quick you all forgot the good times, now he’s proving why he’s the best around, nothings gonna keep him down.

I've never not supported Rogers. I want the team to win. Do I think he can turn it around - probably not long term, no. Will I continue to support - yes. Why because it's unproductive to do anything else. It's just a matter to time until Top pulls the trigger or we start winning games - not really much I can do about it.

Nick out 🤬

He's just beaten a Championship side.

Sorry but this just isn’t true.

You can win in spite of a manager’s tactics because of the players individual brilliance or mistakes from the opposition.

We’ve done it countless times under Puel and Rodgers. Vardy was getting us out of jail for years.

On the flip side, you can lose in spite of a manager's tactics because of opposistion players individual brilliance or mistakes from our team.

Where individual interpretation was formerly limited in terms of reach. Social media gave us a platform to make massive noise. That noise often manifests into a feast or famine narrative. Lose - it's the manager's fault. Win - it's the opposistion's fault.

Does a 4-0 win against a team we should be beating and owed a performance against change my thoughts on BR?

In truth not much, i'm still ambivalent towards him, still think we need leadership. But credit where due and tonight is due.
