More people got behind Wednesday's protest than they did our own last season, which was a pretty damning realisation

100000% , bizarre it is.

Was contradictory but also good to see our own trust supporting them especially after they declared “we aren’t a protest group” themselves, when similar protests were suggested last year for a globally televised EPL game.

Seeing as our club are still in the shit it will be really interesting to see how active they become over our mess in the next few weeks.

You’d hope fans would’ve seen the power behind using your voice / feet to make a point today, that said I’m guessing many will be blinded by results again.

Atmosphere was crap outside the section. Decent effort from us in it but sounded like their were a couple new chants that couldn’t get going outside the first couple rows where UFS are what where they?

Ole ole, ole ole
Super Leicester ole, Super Leicester ole, Super Leicester Ole!

As I was walking down to Filbert Way
On a Saturday
I saw my mate

And then I asked him are you going down
To the ground
To see the City play?

He said to me that he would love to go
But he didn’t know,
Who we’ve got today

So I told him just to follow me,
and we’ll shout the City on to victory

la la la…

Ale ale ale oh (x2)
The only team for me
Is Leicester City FC

And then for Cifuentes

(Old cags tune)

Woah oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh
Marti Cifuentes

Where do I start.. walking up from concourse pre match and the atmosphere seemed decent,  loved the display as the players walked out and wys seemed a good effort..

And then for me it dwindled.. couple of points I want to make..

bits and pieces was ok but it was the section again. Whether or not it’s the acoustics of the ground but apart from the Wednesday fans a few times we can’t hear nothing..

A couple of newer chants which was being started as put in the songs section the other day. Personally as one who likes a good sing song it’s ok, but it’s one that’ll catch on very slowly.

another new chant, super Leicester ole ole??? I think they were words. Lots of songs containing ole or Allez…

Can we please have a bit of love for the players that put in the effort? What happened when Jannik scored? More marti songs lol Jannik acted like ronaldo and got nothing.. more player recognition needed..

Also song book needs desperately extended.. nice to hear fatawu song, but we need a chant for bilal, will repost the chant that has been mentioned before. He will rip teams apart, again let’s show him the love..

Not much of a moan but we can do better..

Front of the section sung 21 different songs yesterday, not sure the answer is "expanding the songbook".

I was sat in the Keith Weller yesterday. Right next to the former players and board.

Previously, I thought that SK1/L1 chants couldn’t be heard clearly from the west stand — but I was wrong. Both sections were clearly audible and, at times, really loud. Just wanted to let those in those areas know: your efforts are absolutely being heard. I doubt many who sit in the west stand come on here (no offence meant — just my impression from what I saw yesterday), so this might be news to some.

Top can definitely hear the chants — and has been able to since at least mid-February. So surely, it’s time for some change at boardroom level?

Also noticed that when Top came out, the PA didn’t announce his name. Was that out of concern he might get booed?

Great news on the chants so keep up the noise but honestly I’m at the point now where I feel it doesn’t matter what they chant , Top isn’t going to do a thing.
Id rather KP just sell !!

Ok maybe not expand the songbook but mix up then. I get that a lot of the songs want to go by Ali oh, and ole which is fine by me and a few others on here within the first 5 rows. But honestly I’ve got whole season to come of some bloke in my ear shot moaning continuously about any type of support that goes on and the song choices..

how comes abdul has such a catchy tune, mavididi had one of the best ones until Enzo left?
because they are common, well known chants that everyone knows. Just feedback by the way

bilal needs one desperately, daka is ok but nobody recent knows the words..

The new one may take off if people want to get involved but if they see a song more than 4 lines it may take longer.

UFS don't have a monopoly on the songbook. Other people can contribute. This summer we had a push for some more club focused songs rather than every song hinging on players that come and go. There's a lot of Oles and Allezs because people say stuff is too wordy.

Ultimately can't win but will try our best.

If you think I’m criticising then I ain’t, I wouldn’t have got my tickets in the position I have if I had anything negative to say. I ain’t got the voice to start anything but tend to try carry it on around me to entice others to join in. I do think though that if I was a a few rows apart from the I ain’t moving out of my plastic seat that I’ve been in for years brigade then it would be slightly more bearable

I moved to safe standing, back into the corner where I used to be years ago. Was a decent atmosphere from there, enjoyed being stood at home games and around, what seemed to be, more positive people.

SK1. I used to be there years ago but as of yesterday I'm back there again. Atmosphere in one game better than Kop for the past I don't know how many years!

I think someone has already mentioned it ... but one good thing, was a lot more people stayed to the end of the match.

The last 3 years I've been able to pretty much walk out the ground at full walking speed after staying to the end of a match - there were so few people left.   Yesterday, it was actually busy outside the ground on the way out.    It was a slower shuffle out, a bit more like the good old days!
