Anish Posted 30 November 2005 Posted 30 November 2005 4-5-1 v 4-5-1. This will be entertaining. So much for 'I don't look at the opposition side' when selecting his team. Still, good to see Tiatto and Williams, and Hughes back in the team.
Durnerz Posted 30 November 2005 Posted 30 November 2005 If we tryed playing "Entertaining" without Ryan Smith we'd get battered so i'm happy with Leveins choice, its the same Midfield minus Hughes that beat Charlton.
Jordan Posted 30 November 2005 Posted 30 November 2005 Injuries and cup-tied players hampered Levein's squad selection, of course, but it looks like our manager is hoping for 0-0 after extra time and a 1-0 win in the 10th round of a penalty shootout.* *TBH I'd be perfectly happy with that result.
Jonbluefox9 Posted 30 November 2005 Posted 30 November 2005 If we tryed playing "Entertaining" without Ryan Smith we'd get battered so i'm happy with Leveins choice, its the same Midfield minus Hughes that beat Charlton. It's the same midfield that beat Charlton apart from Hamill in for Gillespie.
Durnerz Posted 30 November 2005 Posted 30 November 2005 It's the same midfield that beat Charlton apart from Hamill in for Gillespie. Indeed, god knows why I thought Hughes wasnt playing tonight, thank you sir.
Anish Posted 30 November 2005 Posted 30 November 2005 Four defensive subs I don't think Levein had much choice if Hammond was injured. We all know Dublin can't play up front anymore so who else could he have played there?
