Probably best when blaming the club for these kinds of injuries, not to include the ones where horror tackles have been the cause.

Can “over training” increase the risk of such injuries ? Genuinely asking (anyone) for guidance from those with expertise.

Rodgers has had injury problems before (I don’t know what the cause was/is) but it’s seem we’ve been in a constant injury crisis for years now.

Probably has some effect, yeah.

The extent of which, absolutely no idea! Be good to get the view of anyone who's qualified on physiotherapy or sports science on all of this.

Ricardo and Justin's aren't ACL injuries they a reptured achilles tendons. I can't remember Ricardo's but Justin got caught on it during the Newport match. Braybrooke, I'm assuming picked his up in training and we have no idea how so best not to speculate.

I mean the ones you reference all happened in a match, it's freak accidents or in the case of Alves, thuggery. The amount of soft tissue injuries we get, there's a problem with our training or conditioning, but these aren't examples of it

They both have done their ACL since being at the club

Wasn't Ricardo's ACL injuries caused by a bad tackle though?

Justin’s was also caused by landing funny and his foot getting stuck in the turf

Ricardo did his ACL from a clumsy tackle from behind by grealish. It still vexxes after to this date!

hey don’t we have one of the best sports science departments in the country at loughborough uni? Might be worth them investigating our bizarre injury crisis.

Maybe not enough strengthening and flexibility work done in the gym

Modern footballers are fast, nimble and fine tuned aerobically. However they tend to be lighter and less robust than players in the past. I am afraid you can't have it both ways. Very few rugby players suffer acl injuries.
