I think it's considered an art installation tbh. It only rolls down 3 times a week I think, and you can walk round that little bit of water as there's a footpath round it. More a clever concept for a bridge than a useful one.

Visible from the A47 between Uppingham and Peterborough. If you go to Harringworth, you get up close and its huge.
