I have to say yes it was closed but I don't know why. Inwas in NYC with 2 folks from the states I'll try find out

 

From the outside it wouldn't surprise me. City is riddled with homeless and of their tits on drugs.

I think we're sometimes oikiphobic about the quality of some buildings in Britain. Leadenhall market for example would be a huge attraction the world over but it's not particularly revered here.
