So many of these scenarios though throughout the season, which just stress the ppint even more of how inadequate we've been.

If we'd not surrendered the draw vs Villa

If we'd not given away a stupid goal vs Bournemouth

If we'd have scored the penalty vs Everton

If we'd have held on vs Palace for a minute longer

Just a few.

Shows we're not good enough.

Agreed. Arguably lack of mental strength rather than ability in my opinion

My brain before every game:

We can still do this. We’re going to do this!
Nah these guys can’t do this.

But maybe they’ll prove us all wrong and they’ll actually do this. Nah. Yes. Maybe.
I mean we can mathematically still do this, don’t give up hope, they’re going to do this!
Yes! Come on!
They are actually going to f***ing do this!!

Half time:

I knew they couldn’t do this.

Can’t wait for my illogical optimism to raise my spirits up all Monday only for it to come crashing back down to earth at 20:08 on Monday evening.

It does feel like two vardy winners keeping us up is the end of his fairytale but it seems far too gone to even think that’s a possibility

The stupid thing is it should be possible. We should all be going into that Newcastle game believing a result is possible and believing we can get something against West Ham. But the team is totally shot, totally lost.

Everyone has given up with 2 games to go. Its unbelievable what this shower of ****s have done to everyones confidence!

It's the hope that kills you.

Been playing around on the Premier League table predictor all morning looking at ways we could magically stay up and turn it around. Nothing's impossible in football but at this point I just can't see it.

The way Liverpool are playing at the minute you'd expect them to finish on 71pts with 2 wins against Soton and Villa. Newcastle therefore need 5pts from their last 3 games, no matter which way their result goes tonight they will see us as where they get 3 of those 5 and will be more fired up for it than all season.

As a Leicester fan I've grown up thinking anything is possible in games however that familiar feeling has been completely eradicated this season.

If any players are reading this, looking at you Maddison, wake the f**k up, put some effort in, play your hearts out, if only Pigs can fly.

The players do not give a shite.

I came to the conclusion a few matches ago that relegation may be a painful but necessary wake up call for our inept Board . Staying up by a whisker would likely just convince them that they were right not to panic and it would be a case of rinse and repeat for next season and beyond.

Yeah sadly I think you're right, a few heads need to roll and the squad needs a refresh.

It just feels such a shame as we didn't deserve this season and with the players we've had technically we shouldn't have had this season, but the perfect storm has led us here and now we need changes as soon as possible.

If Everton and Leeds draw and we win then we'd be ahead on goal difference?

That’s what I meant, sorry. A draw isn’t a bad result for us, gives us another (and potentially final) opportunity.

A picture speaks a thousand words. Regardless of what Vardy is saying,  you just need to look at his body language to know what he really means. We need 2 wins, but most likely to get 2 losses and a relegation.

Two wins from Two to stay up…

True, but the most we can hope for is 4 points, the most I expect is 1 point and we may not get any...  HOWEVER

I don't support those in the club or so-called fans who are already talking about life in the Champs...

Would be great to get 6 points, 4 won't be enough. Even with 6 Everton are likely to trump that and I think Forest will be out of reach, they'll probably get something against arsenal

I think whats strange about these games is my apathy towards them. On paper its like reaching the playoffs against better teams... but rather than the belief in a miracle ..ive given up.  I didnt have this feeling against chelsea in the cup final... I didnt have it against Athletico in the Champions league... but thats because I knew we'd try our best.  Im not sure ive ever had this feeling as a fan before... yes leicester have had low times but I never had that sense of inevitability. I believed we could beat Stoke before we ended up in league 1.  I just feel empty right now and almost think the people in charge deserve what we are getting.

Other fans cant understand why weve seemingly given up with so much left to play for.  We have had all the belief sucked out of us and I think thats probably happened to the players as well.
