Remember once speaking to super Steve Howard about him. He said no one could believe it was the same keeper that england out of two tournaments back to back. Said he was very short, slow, rarely spoke and just could not do the basics. When he left the club he claimed the reason behind his poor spell was just an ankle. Yet the physio beg to differ.
