It's been covered to death. Nobody was paying too much attention to this during his attacks in the mountains though and if he and his team do the same in the coming days, then it's questionable how important his break was.

Really rated how the minute Pogacar realised he was done, they all pushed for Adam.

How many times have we seen before that the entire team is needed to swamp the GC star instead?

this tour has been heartbreaking at times. 
 

As much as I think he’s not the most entertaining, pure brilliance from Vingegaard on at least three occasions on this tour. 
 

ASO/TdF couldn’t have wish for the last few weeks to go any better. A lot of praise for the Netflix series followed by a gripping tour. You have your rivalry for years to come.

Asgreen was quick to praise them all. Campenaerts especially sacrificed himself for the cause. Incredible tow at the end. 

Incredible that Asgreen almost repeated the trick today. He must have done about 300km in a breakaway in consecutive days.

 

Wonderful and heartfelt interview with Mohoric after the stage as well.
