Louise Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 Great news! Hoping it will be a cracker and we play better than our last two tv apperances (4-1 at Sheff Utd and 0-0 snore draw at Blackburn) Blanked that last minute peno from your memory then? I wish I could
Cat Burger Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 First time the walkers has hosted a live terrestrial game?
davieG Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 Awful news unless you are a distant Foxile, stony, too old, ill or tight. Another case of the TV fan benefitting at the expense of the fans that attend 6.30 on a Sunday, no public transport, the worst posssiblr time. TV may be good fmoneywise in the short term but I swear in the longer term it will be the death of football as a popular spectator (attending ) sport what with over exposure especially on free TV .
Jimmy Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 but it will have stopped to club from wacking the prices sky high as they would want a near capacity crowd
Jonbluefox9 Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 First time the walkers has hosted a live terrestrial game? I think the Man City replay a couple of seasons back was on the Beeb? Not sure though.
Foxes_Wizard_Striker Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 Blanked that last minute peno from your memory then? I wish I could Doh! but it is still a snore 1-0 win
Guest seanfox778 Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 I think the Man City replay a couple of seasons back was on the Beeb? Not sure though. that was on sky
Milky Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 we should get a decent bit of money though for it being shown. it depends what that money looks like against the money lost from the gate
Collymore Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 Will we still have Smith? if so, what are the chances that Aresnal will let him play?
Jimmy Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 if we still have him it will be for the season so he would be able to play
Collymore Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 if we still have him it will be for the season so he would be able to play good point sir
Head Honcho Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 Disgusting kick-off time. Pathetic. They Kick-off around this time in Spain every week. I used to go and watch Athletic Bilboa and it was great. I guess the One Hundred or so bars around the ground and the mild weather was the reason why though!

Couldn't agree more. Televised football ought to revolve around those who go to the games, not the other way round. If I was a foxile or a Spurs fan, I'd be more than a little peeved, to be fair.
syston_fox Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 if we still have him it will be for the season so he would be able to play Unless he has a recall clause installed, in which case arsenal will probably block it again!
john_lcfc Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 i hate it when we're on tv for some reason.. FANS BE LOUD AND PROUD AND PUT ON A GOOD SHOW
King Kyle lcfc Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 good stuff on the piss from 11.00am go to the game and back down the pub till 12.00pm and my ticket will only be £10.
cisono Posted 8 December 2005 Posted 8 December 2005 i hate it when we're on tv for some reason.. Would that reason have anything to do with being afraid of Leic city losing and not playing well at all in front of the whole nation?!?!
Bluefoxtim Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 I don't know whether to go or not. Sure match atmosphere is much better but it is £10. And I have a strange feeling of watching on the telly to see how they do...
lcfc true blue josh 18 Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 Disgusting kick-off time. Pathetic. i agree, very stupid time to kick off, cant wait though
marko Posted 9 December 2005 Posted 9 December 2005 i agree, very stupid time to kick off, cant wait though It is a rather rubbish kick off time, sunday dinner will be ruined.
