davieG Posted 8 December 2005 Share Posted 8 December 2005 Awful news unless you are a distant Foxile, stony, too old, ill or tight. Another case of the TV fan benefitting at the expense of the fans that attend 6.30 on a Sunday, no public transport, the worst posssiblr time. TV may be good fmoneywise in the short term but I swear in the longer term it will be the death of football as a popular spectator (attending ) sport what with over exposure especially on free TV . Jimmy Posted 8 December 2005 Share Posted 8 December 2005 but it will have stopped to club from wacking the prices sky high as they would want a near capacity crowd

Milky Posted 8 December 2005 Share Posted 8 December 2005 we should get a decent bit of money though for it being shown. it depends what that money looks like against the money lost from the gate
Collymore Posted 8 December 2005 Share Posted 8 December 2005 Will we still have Smith? if so, what are the chances that Aresnal will let him play?

Head Honcho Posted 8 December 2005 Share Posted 8 December 2005 Disgusting kick-off time. Pathetic. They Kick-off around this time in Spain every week. I used to go and watch Athletic Bilboa and it was great. I guess the One Hundred or so bars around the ground and the mild weather was the reason why though! Couldn't agree more. Televised football ought to revolve around those who go to the games, not the other way round. If I was a foxile or a Spurs fan, I'd be more than a little peeved, to be fair. cisono Posted 8 December 2005 Share Posted 8 December 2005 i hate it when we're on tv for some reason.. Would that reason have anything to do with being afraid of Leic city losing and not playing well at all in front of the whole nation?!?!
Bluefoxtim Posted 9 December 2005 Share Posted 9 December 2005 I don't know whether to go or not. Sure match atmosphere is much better but it is £10. And I have a strange feeling of watching on the telly to see how they do...
