It doesn't have to be biased to one team, referees can just be very bad in general.

 

As it happens, last nights was biased towards Milwall.

 

Take away the most obvious penalty your likely to see all season,  I lost count of the amount of times their players fouled us when we were on the break. 

 

Stopping a counter attack via a cynical foul is a yellow card every day of the week. How the same players for them managed it 3 to 4 times each is beyond me. Borderline rugby.

 

But yeh, I don't want an incompetent referee to the be focal point of a good victory.

I was thinking earlier on this week that, despite almost half of the season having gone by already, the standard of refereeing in general over the course of those 20 games hasn't actually been too bad for us.

 

That was until last night

 

The comedy of errors witnessed last night was enough to hope that we don't see anything of the like for the next 20 games either.

 

Woeful.

In all seriousness though, it's clear this referee has previous elsewhere and, despite that, the way we went about the game was excellent imo.  We didn't rise to it, we just carried on and regardless of the scoreline were clearly the far superior side.  Mentally, we are extremely strong and this is where we have massively improved in comparison to recent season.

 

3-2 flattered Millwall, they were absolutely dire.

3-2 annoys me though, as I thought Millwall were ****ing shit, they showed a bit of endeavour but other than that one of the worst sides I’ve seen at the KP. Delighted for Daka, whereas his overall game is still a bit poor, he knows how to score goals so long May that continue. 
 

Im also not sold on Cannon, if he’s still injured I don’t know, but I’m not convinced by him so far. 

Unbelievable that no side  in the league to date has scored more than 1 against us and possiblly the worst side to come lost only narrowly and scored twice   with a ridiculous possession rate

You are a bit behind the curve. He was dreadful v Sunderland. Benefitted us as he didn’t give them a clear pen

My biggest worry with Keith Stroud's "performance" was Top would run on at the end and punch him.
