grobyfox1990 Posted 27 November 2024 Posted 27 November 2024 Jersey bulls 1-1 at 81 mins last night, and 3-2 down in 91 mins. Final score, 4-3 win. They have been unbeaten for ages now. The new manager and ex-con striker being bought back in has proved a real difference.

I’m going to the Leicester-WHAM match next week and I can’t say it does anything for me now. Roll on my next home game that I can make at Brackley v King’s Lynn! Lol, you don't have to go to next Tuesday's match, right? 1

I’ll avoid getting political, just to say we’ve had an endless succession of complete w@nkers. Not looking likely to go through though. My brother went to see Donny play at Carlisle and said they looked way beyond the division. Our only hope is they fail on our turf and flake under camera pressure. I'm sure it was 75% of Rocky Road land, was for recreational purposes only? Somehow, somewhere somebody has taken a very large backhander like everywhere else in Kettering. Haven't been to LP for a while now but checking the results every weekend. ST holder on Britannia Road, Fulham @ RR, some very good days growing up watching the Poppies. 1

You are right for sure, I’m easing myself off Leicester City and it’s only the second game I’ll have been at all season. It’s more to meet friends there and that’s it now. If it wasn’t for them I’d not be back. 1
Finnaldo Posted 1 December 2024 Posted 1 December 2024 Third win on the spin yesterday for Hinckley, 1-4 against Northampton ON Chenecks, they started the afternoon in fifth so that’s back-to-back decisive wins against play off teams. Looks to be coming together but another hard game against Rugby Borough coming up Wednesday after next in the middle of two winnable games at home vs Eynesbury on the 7th and Godmanchester on the 21st. 1
Daggers Posted 1 December 2024 Posted 1 December 2024 “Maybe”? That’s the kind of answer you give to the weird couple you met on holiday who invite you to visit their home afterwards you get back.

CosbehFox Posted 2 December 2024 Posted 2 December 2024 (edited) Quorn whacked Rugby 6-0 on Saturday. Alongside Ramsgate, they are the only two clubs unbeaten in the top eight tiers of English football (in the league). Edited 2 December 2024 by CosbehFox 2
Guest Lako42 Posted 5 December 2024 Posted 5 December 2024 Coalville lost to a team who had lost all 18 previous fixtures.
Daggers Posted 5 December 2024 Posted 5 December 2024 Peaks to the Cobblers before the 3rd Round has kicked off?
Daggers Posted 7 December 2024 Posted 7 December 2024 The world was announcing postponements last night and first thing. Banbury? Oh no, we’re going to make you wait as long as humanly possible. Then they refuse to respond to tweets or emails asking for a refund because they made us pay up front. I don’t like Banbury.

It's been announced 5 hours before kick off, journey is just over an hour, absolutely fine to give the game as much chance as possible. Nobody will have set off and it's still early enough for the men to be dragged into christmas shopping. I'm sure they'll make an announcement about refunds and new dates soon enough. Literally done it by the book. I think you're being incredibly unfair here

grobyfox1990 Posted 7 December 2024 Posted 7 December 2024 Jersey fa vase game at Whitstable called off last night as no plane is coming on or off the island today Lol. I think jersey should play every cup game away. They have to pay all costs for travelling teams, but it’s still a lot of disruption for teams to come here other than financial

The Channel Islands, get bigger attendances plus bring further tourism to the islands. Of course they would need to form a league system. Edited 7 December 2024 by Leicesterpool

No chance, they are too stupid, petty and rich to do anything together. For example they have just contracted separate shipping companies to run the services to the islands, despite this being more expensive and unreliable than the existing joint contract. All because of a falling out.
Leicesterpool Posted 7 December 2024 Posted 7 December 2024 (edited) Boro game at this stage is a go ahead, playing Chertsey Town. Attendance will be down however and with their being limited cover at bedworth some will be put off. Only one of two left in the league thats on. Edit: Chelmsley not Chertsey. Finnaldo Posted 8 December 2024 Posted 8 December 2024 (edited) Hinckley stormbusters overcame Darragh to get their fourth win in a row. Wasn’t there but it sounded like a very disciplined performance from the lads over a decent Eynesbury side to repeat the 3-1 score line from our opening day reverse fixture. Very difficult midweek trip to Rugby Borough on Wednesday, get out of that with a positive result and an unbeaten December looks a very real possibility. Edited 8 December 2024 by Finnaldo 1
Leicesterpool Posted 8 December 2024 Posted 8 December 2024 Conditions yesterday awful, game between boro and Chelmsey should have been postponed. Finished 1-1 but neither side could a grip on the game, attendance was low as expected 279, so lost around usually extra 100.
