Some questioned this but for me none had performed at all this season and it’s not proving a bad decision so far.

Leicesterpool Posted 16 January 2025 Posted 16 January 2025 (edited) Whenever I hear about Tamworth in recent years it's never put them in good light, from racism, fights and vandalising fan coaches. Not saying every club is perfect... but Tamworth always seem to crop up when trouble is concerned. Shame for real Tamworth fans, a small few dragging the clubs name through dirt. The chairman.. seems to have appeared to be disinterested with the incidents over the years. Tamworth v Alvechurch, match abandoned too racist chants and comments in the home end towards Alvechurch players Hitchin v Tamworth, game was stopped due to racist comments towards the goalkeeper from away supporters Tamworth v Nuneaton Boro, crowd trouble... not enough stewards present... and no police on sight at the game. In fact Tamworth failed to contact police prior to the match even though it was known derby. Tamworth steward was beat up by his own supporters... knocked out... the steward in question never returned to the lamb ground. Chairman claimed... all the trouble was of Nuneaton's doing... strange that as the police arrested some supporters from Tamworth. Edited 16 January 2025 by Leicesterpool 1

I did forget about that one, that is true also. I also seem to recall a local bus having brick threw though its window following a game against Scunthorpe.
Daggers Posted 16 January 2025 Posted 16 January 2025 The whole of that county has a history of rather suss political support
Soar Fox Posted 17 January 2025 Posted 17 January 2025 Rumours of Rob Morgan to Kettering. Very good signing if true.

Well he’s left Stamford after years there and people are thinking it could be Kettering due to their budget. Most likely club if he’s staying at Step 3.
Daggers Posted 17 January 2025 Posted 17 January 2025 Rob Morgan signs for Harbs. Very good signing that. 1
CosbehFox Posted 17 January 2025 Posted 17 January 2025 Hmmm Harborough don't spend dollar apparently - that's Dolman and Morgan at CB costing some.
Leicesterpool Posted 17 January 2025 Posted 17 January 2025 (edited) Ive heard that Louis Baker of the Boro was enquired by Kettering Town. Apparently its doubtful hed leave due to his current job working hours. Edited 17 January 2025 by Leicesterpool

Chucking money at it now they are close to the playoffs. Did similar a couple of years ago when they signed Luis Rose from Nomads.
blueharmie Posted 17 January 2025 Posted 17 January 2025 Rob Morgan is quality. What a signing for Harborough that is.

I've watched Dolman a few times now. He is so overweight, likes to hoof it & gives the ball away unless he plays a simple sideways pass. I get he has experience at a higher level & is probably a good talker & gets Harborough organised, but his best days are well behind him. 2

Have not seen anything credible that Morgan is joining Harborough. Seems a lot of guesswork going on. 1
