A 40% increase in prices and your opening gambit is to attempt to negotiate a 10% reduction?

They hold the fans in contempt. People talk about a passiveness from our fans towards this but the success with Vichai has rightly or wrongly gave them a bit of a free pass with fan interaction. Throw in a free Chang and Donut now and again and all is well with the world. 

 

We seen what they thought of us as we slowly and painfully achieved the most embarrassing relegation in history. Top's petulant statement after it all just confirmed it. 

 

Nothings changed because of last season. They've had the biggest let off ever with this promotion and yet nothings changed. It's a disgrace.

Its literally their second point after 1. Reconsider ticket prices, stressing there is an acceptance that prices would go up, but not by these levels.

 

I understand people think the trust is toothless but there is not a lot wrong with this statement.  \

1) Express disappointment,

2) share fan verbatim comments to back this up

3) push for the club to reduce prices

4) ask for membership to actually be worth something.

5) Point out their engagement is shit and must improve

6) Warn of potential Fan action if these are not heeded.

Did that with the £25 season ticket card scam. Whelan turned up to the first one, doubled down on the club's position and spoke to the supporter's groups like dirt for challenging their decisions.

We complain about lack of engagement from the club and poor comms, maybe someone who was actually there should let us know what was said.

Fair enough, you get my point though surely. We've had a couple of people say on here that Top has nothing to do with King Power anymore - which is blatently not true, he's still CEO fgs.

 

People can get hold of the wrong information and it snowballs.
