Amartey only played in the Bournemouth game under Sadler/Stowell after Souttar's arrival. Smith picked Evans, Faes and Soyuncu ahead of Souttar.

Honestly I'm still cursed with the memory of Amartey and Ward ****ing up to give Newcastle a penalty after a minute

the point being made was that Ayew was taking Minutes that Cannon could have gotten, Ayew is playing on the wing, and playing pretty well imo.

 

Cannon had been poor for Stoke until the other night, hopefully in January he's scored so many goals we feel the need to recall him but up till now the decision to loan him out was the right one

My point is that we shouldn’t have signed a 33 year old, and likely on a mega contract.

I doubt he's on a mega contract when one of the reasons we ended up with Edouard instead of one of the other striker targets was the wage demands

Footballers make me laugh calling him Nels for short when Ben is even shorter

I read on their forum that they had two midfielders, Braybrooke and another who were similar but only one could start. I don’t think he’s pulling up trees.
