Rather than directing the song at Ruud being a clown ( which I can’t disagree with from a manager perspective) why don’t we change the lyrics to the board..

Minus points in the championship…

And then couldn’t give a f****** s***…

Theyre a bunch of clowwwwwwns

Top, Whelan, Rudkin

Could even change ‘minus points’ to minus *insert number here*

If it is true that Top / Susan Whelan & Co haven't spoken with RVN in weeks regarding the Summer planning / haven't begun its due diligence to identify a replacement and sounded them out on taking the job, is it not yet a further example of the KP leadership going missing in action / proving they haven't got what it takes..

With 2 relegations in 3 years, the PSR clusterfeck, poor player culture, antagonising fans on various issues like the digital season tickets there is no way we can carry on as business as usual.

Business as usual under this regime. Not even surprising anymore.

Think we are in for a decline now. Operating consistently on the edge of PSR, the natural decrease in quality of players and managerial choices, the awful attitude around the club means we could easily get dragged down.

We need promotion and survival to even attempt to get things properly sorted which is at best two years away.

I have no problem with Top being an absentee owner. In fact, owners who try to get too involved can be an absolute disaster area and undermine the people with the knowledge to actually run the football club.

But for the love of God, how can he not see the setup isn't working? The CEO, the DoF, the recruitment, the scouting and the manager and the squad are all wrong. The only arguable strength right now is the academy.

The problem is he is allowing this so if he’s not going to see the error of his ways but not changing the board members, he needs to go!

Absolutely.

The one thing an absentee owner can do is ensure that they have the best possible people in every position. Trust them to do the job and sign enough cheques to make sure they can.

Like Abramovich did at Chelsea. He was ruthless though. Our chairman doesn't have that ruthlessness. He needs to go, which is sad conisdering what his dad built but ultimately he is tarnishing his family's legacy by overstaying. Get gone.

The mad thing is that he'd only need to be ruthless once and then make the right choices regarding their replacements. After that, he can stay in Thailand playing polo as long as he likes. Just have competent people keeping it all ticking over here while he makes sure his duty free shops are selling enough Chanel No. 5.

The size of the overhaul is large imo though. Rudkin and Whelan would have to go as an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM. I just cannot see anything like that happening.

Right choices and this regime do not belong in the same sentence.

He was ruthless with Steve Cooper but then didn't make the right choice at all getting in the inexperienced and unproven (in the PL) RVN. The one time we saw him be ruthless and he still managed to **** it up. Speaks volumes.

I just watched Rudd press conference, to be honest the way he has been treated with such contempt is pretty disgusting whatever people think of him. He’s handled himself pretty well, when he speaks he does genuinely want the club to sort this out I think he wants to stay a build but the club aren’t communicating. He’s spot on when he says we need to act quickly, so I hope they sort it one way or another. The culture is rotten, it’s the same treatment for the fans.

Spot on. The culture is the most rotten thing. This lack of accountability taken and victim mentality stems from the board. "Internal review"?? Where are the findings of that? They hate taking responsibility.

That culture stems down to players like Harry Winks and Vestergaard who contribute absolutely nothing whatsoever to a "good dressing room culture". Living absolutely miles away.

The victim mentality then goes even further to some of our fanbase. E.g. focusing on man city's 115 charges when our PSR charges are totally self inflicted.

Problem is, if we go down to L1, there are many KPFC fans who will convince themselves that we were there when KP rocked up as oppose to them sinking us to a low (during their time here).

When the plane banner thing happened, I saw one such person on a post (a non-LCFC page), saying that this doesn’t speak for Leicester fans in general and is embarrassing as KP saved us from administration.

You literally have clowns making up history to defend KP, it’s a bloody cult. So you are right that they won’t turn. They will just twist every new low point we have as a reason to defend their hero…

Exactly. All of them focus on the past. Absolutely all of them.

The present is what determines the success of the club ffs. Focus on that.

What we have infront of us rn is an absolute shitshow of a regime, and we get flamed for calling it out because "the grass isn't always greener". Clowns the lot of em.

I don’t know about the grass if we get the change we need. All I know is the current grass looks like my lawn after the extreme heat in 2022, brown and completely dead!

Absolutely agree. It's beyond embarrassing for the club. However you feel about RVN as a manager, he seems an honest and determined guy, and as you say, has handled himself well, in a tough situation, more than you could say for others in the club. Everyone deserves better than this. In terms of the ownership, there's incompetence, negligence, and then there is scum behaviour, which I think for a while now we have seen, with the lying, cowardice etc.

You hope he does the right thing for once and puts the wheels in motion to sell but I don’t think he has a decent bone in his body. We’re stuck with this guy for the foreseeable so we have to be relentless in making him feel like the failure that he is.

You’re right, he won’t unless he’s driven out…. Problem is, they’ve got the loyal king power fans by the balls. It’s a simple as throw some free beers and cake out and all is forgiven….. write of the debt and idiots like Ian Stringer lap it up. We could end up playing none league and there will still be a large cluster of fans showing unwavering support.

I don’t know what it will take for the message to sink in….. perhaps a heavy punishment from the PSR breaches? I don’t know. Top just never seems to learn, none of them do.
