Honestly?  With the current PSR rules, or evn without them, it is almost impossible for a medium sized club like ours to be in the top 10 of the prem regularly, and to avoid relegation consistently.  I fully expect that what we saw happen to us will also happen to Forest, Palace, Brentford, Brighton etc in the coming years.  No one will manage consistent success over more than a decade or so.  We / they simply don't have the funds to make mistakes, and under current rule cannot top up with owners cash.  The system is rigged.

It is especially when you allow the likes of Chelsea to blatantly subvert the rules by selling hotels, and women's teams.

There is a danger the league eats itself as really the big six don't have a viable entertainment product without the other clubs competing. I suppose many will look towards the number of teams competing for the champions league spaces as a success.

I actually think the issue is between the bottom half of the Premier League and Championship, like I honestly don't see who goes down next year? Someone would have to have a complete circus show like us, they squad quality of say Wolves, Palace, Everton, West Ham, Brighton, Bournemouth, Fulham etc is just streets ahead of any of the promoted teams.

I am not sure it is rigged but is certainly not providing a fair route for success for aspiring clubs to break in.

We achieved more between 2016-2021 than any other non Big 6 is ever likely to achieve in the next 30 years and yet we were not able to exploit that position due to PSR challenges.

Whilst we made poor decisions and did not help ourselves (also losing Vichai) I do think that football needs to find a way to remove the ceiling for the historical big 6 otherwise I think the game may become a closed shop.

Palace winning and more like it is what is needed and although I would hate it probably Forest and Villa breaking in would challenge the big clubs but I cannot see how it is sustainable without huge investment which is not allowed under PSR.

Still interested in what this was apparently referring to.

I think the answer is probably influenced by booze and / or Colombian marching powder.

I maybe wrong but I didn’t see or hear any chants or banners from the Kop/UFS it all came from L1 in the 14th minute and at the end of the game.

After some momentum was building after the Southampton game it seemed the perfect time with them all there and outside eyes on the club to keep it going.

Respect was still paid to Vardy, in fact he actually encourages the chants towards Rudkin so I don’t buy that as an excuse which I have seen thrown about.

Yesterday was the first home game UFS haven't done some kind of anti-club banner since the 18th January. Got some credit in the bank I'd argue.

As for not hearing anti Rudkin stuff from SK1, we don't hear any anti Rudkin stuff from L1, doesn't mean you're not signing it.

In a season full of absolute head in hands moments from a fan-experience perspective, he is right up there with the worst decisions the club has made.

Nothing against the chap personally, you can see he's trying his hardest. But the fit is just absolutely hideous. He sounds like he's hosting a late night Kiss FM radio show. Another massive own goal by the club.

He told Vards to turn to his right to look at the screen 🤣

Seeing as though there has been calls for other areas of the ground to support it so it doesn’t look like it’s just coming from UFS, its then disappointing when other areas of the ground back it up that they drop the ball on it.

And because he’s done some decent gigs, he won’t be cheap either.

Nope, all the ex players were read out one by one to big cheers, then the current squad were booed (from what I heard anyway).

Strangely enough only a selection of the ex players were read out not all of them that were on the pitch tbf. I put that down to our new announcer not knowing who everyone was. He continued to call Wes ‘Wesley’ throughout his interview earlier even though he was always Wes (or Big Wes) at Leicester so I’m guessing he hadn’t done enough research to identify Nathan Dyer et al.

Some people are currently clapping the club in their living rooms or places of work.

Think it's time for a proper, full fledged protest.

Great timing......
