Can players be sacked for poor performance? Because after today’s shite show Vestergaard, Faes and Kristensen should be shown the door! All of them should just have their contracts ripped up! Because if you was in a normal everyday job and you performed as bad as they did today you would be sacked!! Disgraceful performances and defending we are better without them and we should just play youth for the rest of the season because quite frankly they ain’t good enough for the championship either!

I’d genuinely would rather the club pay them off and get them as far away from the club as possible! Than make more crap signings! but I actually do think it would benefit the whole club and would actually make us better then 3 just packing their bags and going

Said two years ago Faes and Vestergaard were not good enough.

 

Vestergaard has one good season in the Championship and is rewarded with a new contract, so we’re stuck with him. There is the problem with this club. Easy contracts and easy money for players who don’t deserve it.

Tbh there only 2 players I’d take from the first team the rest are awful I do genuinely think the U21s would dk a better job

Could he a way around PSR if we sack the whole squad and offer each position up on a fan auction.

Collectively as a squad we are lacking in quality, we wasted our summer budget on players no better than those we had and nowhere near the quality of the players we lost in 2023 (Maddison, Barnes, Castagne, Soyuncu, Tielemans) and we are still relying on an ageing Vardy.

Well it certainly wouldn't make good business sense to sack them all but I'd certainly consider transfer listing the whole squad in the summer and start a fresh. We know we need a new board and recruitment team etc but we do need to get rid of this rot that has set into this squad. The ones you mentioned like Faes, Vestergaard and Kristiansen were here when we were relegated last time and we need a complete refresh. I'd consider offers for every single player in the summer and start a fresh with new faces and youth players.
