It's aim was to raise the profile of the concerns many LCFC fans, including myself, have. The fact that the plane and its message have been featured on numerous mainstream media and social channels means it was a resounding success. No one expected Top to see the message, or subsequent coverage, and immediately sell the club and sack Rudkin. But it does highlight the utter mess we've made of the last four seasons (the cracks were well and truly appearing the season before we were relegated).

 

The orchestrator of the protest was anything other than self-centred. He has put time and effort in to raising awareness of the legitimate concerns many of us have. 

 

To be honest, if you can look at how we've performed over the last four years and think it's been anything other than a total mess, the word with which you conclude your statement comes to mind.

You really think that the fans on the terraces week after week aren't aware that the board got it wrong?  I'm not defending the poor performances, just amused that anyone would think that flying any aircraft with a banner behind would achieve anything.

I have to be perfectly truthful.  I was sat midway up in the  East Stand, I could hear a plane flying overhead however, I didn't see it once, not at all.  I don't think

it flew over the stadium.   Admittedly, those walking to the stadium late arrivals etc, may have seen it circling near the stadium.

 

Honestly, though, if it was aimed at the board, Rudkin and Top I believe it may have failed in it's objective.  It wasn't even given air time by Sky TV.

The plane was not really for those in the stadium, it got national attention, i took a photo and sent it to my non leicester mates who were surprised (they thought it was just me having a downer on the way the club is run) 

 

If nothing changes and we are rudderless in mid table next year perhaps it will be time for tennis balls🤣

Because some people care enough to make their opinions heard.

If happy clappers are aware that the board got it wrong then why don’t they voice those concerns on the terraces instead of trying to belittle those that do.

As we were arriving at the stadium, around 4.15pm\4.20pm we saw it. However, that was more because the plane had a noisy engine and alerted us.

Other than the wide scale national media coverage which invariably piles more pressure on the ownership and highlights there are many unhappy fans?

 

Also, as has been said before, where people spend their money and indeed what they decide to give or not give to charity is not remotely your business.

Far too many don’t seem to think anything is wrong no. 
 

If you agree with the cause but not the method, consider why it has come to this. Maybe if so many of our fans weren’t too thick or don’t care, whichever it is, and were at least vocal about it, we might get somewhere. By defending the club at every turn, refusing to admit anything is wrong and turning on the fans who aren’t happy, the KPFC crowd have caused it to get to a point where those who care about the ‘club’ (not King Power) have had to take this action.
