As a keen photographer, would love to get some decent pics of vardy before he retires, anyone with any experience of taking a dslr camera into the stadium?

Do I have to ask, register it or will I be allowed

Why would you want to take pictures of this shit? I’d rather eat shit.

Bardy is biblical… the other ten, willy pullers.

No idea who bardy is, but if you read my original post, I want decent pics of Vardy, no mention of the others. If your opinion isn't relevant to the question, I suggest you keep quiet 👍

100% no. My mate tried it on title day for the celebrations and the illuminous gestapo were on him within two pics being taken. If they weren't allowing it on our greatest day you've got no chance now.

Google search say no, you can't bring a professional camera into the stadium.

Found this. See section 8 on page 8.

I'm sure they'll say no, but the bounds of what defines professional is completely arbitrary.

I did paid work more than 10 years ago with an entry level DSLR. I'd bet you can take photos that are just as good on a new iPhone now.

I don’t know if you’ve got one of them new fangled portable phones? I’m told some of those now have cameras on them as well. Worth checking out?

And unless you have a flagship model, they still look like shit compared to Canon compact cameras from a decade ago.

I do indeed, got a lovely Samsung galaxy that not only takes pictures but allows me to receive match tickets on it, all the mod cons.

But the zoomed in pictures quality are like chalk n cheese compared to a good dslr, hence my question. But thanks for your educational reply 👍
