It’s wild as anything that a club of our size releases a kit this way. Through the back door in a “oh fu©️k we’ve got a friendly”  , hoping nobody sees or realises what’s going on.

Behind the fixture release it’s your best chance of any engagement or sales.

That should be a couple of days of hype, sneaks and all that jazz, a video launch production and an email to the whole database for those that wish to order, minimum! We have some in game photos of James Justin looking like he’s pulled his calf and no acknowledgement of the women’s team who will also no doubt wear the kit?

Remember the back tracking with the Ice kit last season? Shoddy as anything. This will be the same.

Commercial and Comms departments are shocking at our club, especially for a retail business like KP.

Fair play for any pressures on the sponsor issue, massively so, albeit I’m guessing it’s just delayed it.

Now boycott the bastards, don’t buy a thing anywhere at the stadium or online.

It looks like a fake. Certainly not Leicester blue. But it could be the cameras… Either that or somebody ****ed up big time

Yeah I was thinking that doesn't look like our usual blue too.

Or they've had to have the player issue kits remade very quickly....

We bought the £40 training shirts.

Love and prefer them.

And the shorts have zip up pockets 👍

So do much nicer shorts made by Nike that you can pick up from JD Sports for less

Still just a poor design though... Can't stand messing around with collar design changing below the neck, and the apron strings were always a bad look (in other sports as well as football) which had rightly been consigned to history. It is so apparent that this need for new kits every year is driving unnecessary elements just to make the shirt different from the last one. Wish the football world would go back to every couple of years, but that ship has sailed.

That said, if we had gone just blue and white like this, with white shorts it would be a refreshing look harking back to '96, but instead it just feels more of the same Adidas rubbish that I'd struggle to pick out of a line up of all our recent home shirts, so at least I'm saving £70 again this year!

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand how colours should be used with each other on clothing. Whoever makes these calls for us has been ruining shirts for years now. It’s probably too many people trying to justify a wage by arguing little tweaks. Camel is a horse designed by committee.

The usual mish mash. You can almost here Whelan in the background at the design meeting chirping 'dont forget his majesty likes gold'.

Classless.Tasteless. Garish. Gauche. Vulgar. Tacky. Disrespectful.

Tbf, those adjectives are also valid for 90% of the KP fanbase who'll happily spend a month's disposable cash on the rags instead of buying from dhgate.

Classless.Tasteless. Garish. Gauche. Vulgar. Tacky. Disrespectful. But I do like it!

By drawing a big ol' boaby on an Addidas T-shirt?

Someone mocked up the kits with the University of Leicester sponsoring us and they actually looked very decent. In all honesty, that would be an excellent sponsor. Ethical, local, great reputation and could have some mutually convenient agreements.

I agree. A half-decent shirt sponsor would save an otherwise bland shirt – and the club's face.

I'd go further and have each Leicestershire university sponsoring each shirt.

University of Leicester- Home

De Montfort University- Away

Loughborough University- Third

All it would have taken, to make ours acceptable, would be to break up the solid white lump of a collar into three bands, just like Fulham did. Useless club, we are 🙄

I didn't screenshot it unfortunately, but it was somewhere on my socials.
