To be fair to the club, they've probably left it as close as possible in order to try and get a sponsor in after the KBet backlash.

It's a great indication of fan power and actually good from the club that they've listened.

It shouldn't be a massive deal really. Hopefully they get a decent sponsor sorted relatively soon.

Chelsea had no sponsor for the majority of last season and their sponsor for this season is also to be confirmed. Obviously they're more able to afford to go without than us, but if we can sort one relatively soon, we shouldn't miss out too much.

If our sponsor is a palatable one, I'd say things have turned out quite well :fc:

I hope you’re right, but I suspect that if anything it’s the club picking up on the backlash and delaying launch as late as possible, and eventually without a sponsor, to maximise sales and minimise backlash at launch.

But it’s more than possible I’ve been worn down to the point of being far too cynical.

Oh my. They actually sell a shirt in the type of yellow-gold we've been crying out for in an away shirt for so long.

Front of Shirt Sponsor

Supporters purchasing the Men’s First Team adidas home shirt will receive it unbranded on the front, with the option to have the confirmed front-of-shirt sponsor added free of charge once the ongoing commercial process of appointing a Principal Partner for the new season concludes. Further details on this process will be shared in due course

I wonder if the 'added free of charge' will be someone in the shop scrawling 'skankybet.com' in black marker?

I’ve heard we’re being sponsored by an American company called Wolf Cola. Their owner’s been allowed to choose his own sponsor design based on his favourite pastimes:

Horrible design, as bad as last season's away kit (which looked as if someone handed a paintbrush to an elephant).

What's that crest colour, light beige? Urgh.

It’s a really nice shirt tbf. Won’t be buying one because they’re £75 odd, which is insane. Plus I’m fat as **** at the moment and modern football shirts are not flattering one bit.

You mean not everyone has 48 inch wide chest/shoulders and a 30 inch tapered waist?

Surely this highlights how bad things are within King Power. You would think they would just sponsor us again. Unless, they can't actually afford it..
